Problem: Current Fortress has many layers of confusion:

• Overly complex engineered UI where things are added in without the context for user understanding
• One long navigation with no structured organization, which lacks focus on the main area of the app
• Terms are confusing and inconsistent
• Forms are all in one: no difference between active, read-only, or disabled
